Top Ten New York City Attractions
1. The Empire State Building - New York City is full of tall buildings and skyscrapers…the Empire State Building being one of them. After a day of walking around and looking up at all the buildings, wouldn’t it be nice to look down on the city? Well, you can! Go check out the Empire State Building tour. Make sure to get tickets ahead of time in order to avoid waiting in the long line. Personally, I have never been to New York but I have a feeling a look down at the city would be nothing but amazing.
2. The Statue of Liberty- You cannot possibly attend New York City without taking a glimpse of possibly the most famous statue in the United States. The Statue of Liberty has become a symbol of freedom to our country and is definitely worth taking a look at if you’re in the city! 6. Central Park- Central Park has always been known for its peaceful, glorious surroundings. I guess its’ reason for popularity is one of those things that everyone has to figure out on their own. I myself have never been there, so I don’t know the secret. But what I do know is that anyone can find a relaxing day in the park, on a boat, or walking around a zoo.
7. Times Square- If you don’t mind crowds of people, then you’ll love Times Square. Here you can choose from Broadway shows, dining places, museums, and much more. Supposedly the view of the glowing lights after sunset is unbelievable. There are over 26 million people that come to visit Times Square every year…so there must be something about it!

Outside of all the chaos on Times Square or at the Statue of Liberty, this Museum has a quiet atmosphere that is children-friendly. The famous dinosaur and living sea exhibits are set up here with everything from fossils to gems on display. There are also activities and programs designed for families and children available here! This sounds like a great family day for those who have young children.
9. Sports Museum- Ok gentlemen, how about a day for you and the boys. Here’s a great day for you guys to go walk around in the nation’s first and only museum of sports. Go have fun without the ladies and enjoy doing your thing!
