~Welcome to Florida~

Florida is called the sunshine state, and for obvious reasons, but I think they should tag on to it… Welcome to Florida- the Sunshine State; hope you have room for souvenirs. Every time I go to Florida, I always buy souvenirs. I mostly don’t see the point in buying something that you will more than likely sell later in a garage sale, but I seem to have a weakness for Florida. I always come home with at least two beach towel, a magnet, and a ton of sea shells. Of course, I always tell myself that I won’t buy any souvenirs, but I can’t help it. Souvenir venders in Florida are in my opinion the best sells men and women in the United States. They always convince me that my beach towels aren’t efficient or I don’t have enough. I think there is a sign on my forehead that only they can see saying, “Weakness- Beach towel and witty magnets.” When I try to pack up for the trip home, I find I don’t have enough room in my bag to everything. I get home and I see that my fridge is already covered in magnets and that my relatives won’t even take my lame magnets. I guess I just don’t have any will power to stop shopping. I guess I will just have to start leaving the credit card in the hotel… Or just start packing lighter.

I know exactly what you're talking about. My family went to Florida every years for years and years. Even though we stayed at the exact same condo and went to the same places every time, we would still buy a ton of crap. It was always totally useless and for people who we had given similar crap to the years before.
