6) Valencia-
Valencia is the number three most populated city in Spain. But, it is very small for being so populated. Even though it is small, it has a lot of activitied to keep you entertained for a couple days. While you are here, don't forget to try the Paelle Valenciana. This is the dish that most people think of when they think of Spain, that is, if you come from the area or know the area well. This is because the dish was originated in Valencia. Valencia also hosted the America Cup in 2007 and the Formula 1 European Grand Prix in 2008.
7) Cordoba-
The mequita, or mosque, is the cities main attraction. But, the places around it are just as equally attractive. It also contains many religous architectures, civil and militay architectures, and archaelogical sitings.
8) Santiago de Compostela-
Most people come here to see the Camino de Santiago. Which is Santiago's main church, and is one of the oldest and most beautiful churches in Spain. The amazing, green countryside in Santiago is also well worth seeing.
9) San Sebastian-
San Sebastian is home to one of the most attractive beaches in Spain. It also is home to beautiful scenery, lively people, a diversity of entertainment, rich cultural activities, inovativ cuisines, major music and film festivals,
10) Salamanca-
Salamanca is located two and a half hours north-west of Madrid and is a beautiful university town.
